Looking to step into a leadership pipeline right after graduation? The ISI GROUP Young Leader Program is an 18-month structured management development program designed to fast-track fresh graduates and young professionals into key roles.

This is a full-time position offering real accountability, cross-functional rotations, and direct mentorship from industry leaders.

Available Tracks & Departments

• Commercial: Sales, Marketing, Trade, Customer Experience, Operations

• Supply Chain & Production: Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Production

• Site & Project: Construction Management, Project Management, Design & Engineering

• Support Functions: Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal & Compliance

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Proficiency in English and Khmer (additional languages are a plus).

• Ability to work full-time and willingness to rotate across different functions.
